Heavy weight enamel dutch oven produces fabulous meals. Can be used in oven. This is a piece every cook needs in their kitchen.
Outstanding even heating and heat retention. Great for oven and stovetop, but be careful placing and moving on glass cooktop. Much better results than the crockpot for pasta sauce, pot roast and other slow cook dishes.
The best purchase for my cooking experience, faster cooking, heat very well distributed all over. Recommend this to my family and friends.
