Chair arrived in a somewhat flimsy box with box damage. However, the chair inside was in perfect condition. Upon initial inspection, the chair hardware and legs appeared to be missing. The assembly instruction sheet was easily located, but did not provide any information about where the leg hardware should be in the box. After fully unpacking the chair and starting to inspect it, I noticed that the cover over the bottom of the chair was attached with Velcro, even though it initially appeared to be sown in place. Upon removing the Velcro, the legs and hardware were inside the bottom of the seat. Chair was easy to assembly and included all hardware. Once assembled, the chair was comfortable and had a nice feel. The velvet material used for the cover feels plush and construction appears to be sturdy. Overall, very pleased for the price at this point, but feel that the location of the leg hardware should be displayed prominently on the assembly instructions, since the instructions are one of the first things you see when opening the box.
I am using this console table at my bedside, in place of a nightstand. It fits perfectly for my use. However, there was no hardware included. My husband had to purchase the bolts and screws at a hardware store in order to put it together.
Assembly was difficult, especially the front doors. Over time, the doors began to sag, even without anything on those inner shelves. The doors are too heavy for the hardware included. However, this piece has held up for years and 3 moves.
