This is not a hard piece of furniture to put together but it is when part of the hardware is missing!! I live in a small apartment in NY so now have a half made stand laying in the floor whilst waiting for the extra screws to arrive from Canada where this is originally coming from. Disappointing. I would expect more. The wood however is a nice finish, and mine has more of a brown finish to than grey like seen in the photo.
I like the look of this end table with a really nic honey brown. It will perfectly fit any living room. Can't wait to set it with my other living furniture
I really like the furniture this company makes. It is well milled and the the hardware is top notch. Very easy to put together and comes with everything you need. I also have two of the round three-legged tables. I finished them all in two coats of Daly's Profin satin, an oil clear coat and they came out a lovely honey color. After the final coat, per product instructions/options I brushed them with steel wool to take a tad of the shine off and give them a more lustrous appearance rather than glossy. I wish Overstock would let reviewers add pictures because I'd love to show you all how it turned out. I did switch out the hardware to match the oiled bronze theme I had in the bedroom I placed it in. Hung a mirror on the wall above to create a nice vanity for my guests.
I got two of these tables with the walnut finish for our living room. They came well-packaged and in good condition. They definitely have a bit of an orange tinge to them - the photos are accurate. I like the color, but if you are hoping to match to other more traditionally brown stained furniture you may be a bit disappointed.
