I'm nice I received the rug I didn't live the pattern but never looked for another. Once I put furniture on it the pattern is disguised so it is working out
Love this rug design! I bought three rugs in the same color: a large rectangular rug for our lounge area, a smaller one for the dining room and a round one for the breakfast nook. They all exceeded my expectations. Although they arrived tightly rolled, they quickly relaxed and lay completely flat on the floor. I followed the instructions which said to lay the rugs flat for 24-48 hours without walking on them or putting furniture on them, then vacuum them without using a beater bar. The pile came up beautifully, providing a deep shag that's extremely soft to walk on. I used a rug pad under the two larger rugs. I'd been covetting these rugs online for over a year, then I received a marketing email from BB&B with an amazing deal on them that I couldn't refuse! I couldn't be happier with this purchase!

Purchased this rug 3 months ago… already smashed down in front of my couch. I could see that happening if it was a year or more. Not satisfied al all. The photos are all different places of the rug.
Save yourself and go somewhere else if you want anything of quality. This was a defective rug that felt like it's missing 1/2 the amount of required material to be called a plush rug. hardly that. Now I'm stuck trying to figure out how to package this up to return it. Terrible experience all around.
I purchased the are rug as well as the runner. I rolled out the runner first to see if the quality is what was displayed on the site. And it was not. I know what a good quality shag rug is and this is not. I do not want either one but this site (which I did not very before purchasing) puts the responsibility of return fees on the buyer. So I will not be purchasing from here again. But I am returning the area rug, and keeping the runner for no use at all.
This is the second rug that we bought from BBB. We loved the first Livabliss Moroccan Trellis Shag rug (10'X14'). This is just as good as the first.
The rug is so thin that you can feel the mesh between the strands of rug fiber. The pictures and description make it seem plush but it is not plush at all. I will be returning the rug. The return shipping is expensive but understandable given the size of the rug I order.
very thin and cheap rugs. Not as seen in photos and description on site. I ordered 2 runners and very disappointed. try to return them and found they were charging me a very large return fee. I will never order from Bed Bath & Beyond again.
