total mess, so disappointed, received (3/10/2022) with scratches in the velvet, stain on the back, and upon assembly noticed it was made incorrectly and the assembly is NOT possible - space for leg post insert is smaller than the leg post, so now I have NOTHING ........But the laborious job to get a refund for my purchase. Yea, I started the process, but would've rather had the chair I ordered to be shipped and not a total 'lemon', very very disappointed. The company needs to refund my money, and now I need to figure out how to return it.
