color is darker as other reviews mentioned, it's s true deep walnut which is exactly what we wanted. The assembly wasn't too bad
Beautiful piece! Best assembled with 2 people. Very solid piece of furniture. Just what I was looking for esthetically for my living room.
The unit was a MUCH darker color than the online picture. (see pictures), if you look close you can also see a darker 'patch' on the upper right of the drawer, we didn't pull them all out of the box, there may be more like this. That patch would not look good on the final product and would probably have to be returned and replaced. very disappointed, we returned the whole unit.
We love this piece! Really wanted something on the larger side, that would match the rest of our living room furniture. Also wanted it to be a bit high, since a lot of the ones we saw were quite short. We also decided not to put the bottom drawer in order to leave space for decorations (and we don't need the extra storage space).
Lifestorey hart entertainment center is packed well in 2 boxes but heavy needing 2 people to move them around. Open boxes and assemble all parts on flat surface, best over large cardboard. Follow each step at a time and review as you go along. If u miss a step will be hard to back track. Placing the front doors correctly seemed to be hardest part. Took some time but when done was very satisfied with finished product, color and sturdiness.

This is a very nice piece of furniture. No flimsy particle board here. Everything is solid wood so it feels sturdy. The proportions are perfect for that low mid century look. I ended up removing the middle drawer to give me space to put my home theater receiver. It fits in there nice and snug. I also to drilled some 2" holes between the middle and left side and middle and right side to run wires. There is also a generous hole in the middle section to the back to run wires.
Quality cabinet for price
This is great quality product for the money. We love it.
When this piece came, it seems very overwhelming by how many pieces there were for me to put together. However, I was pleasantly surprised by how clear the directions were and although it took a long time for me to put together by myself, I was pleased with the end result. I was also very impressed by the quality of the product verses the cost of it. Because of the warning about harmful chemicals on products like this, I wiped every piece down with coconut oil, as it is a natural disinfectant and it gave it a beautiful shine The only thing I might say that I was very slightly disappointed in was that the color was a bit darker than it alluded to on the website but this ended up not being a problem for the space I highly recommend this item for the stylized look and quality
