Hardware adds an extra 0.625 inch in width to the nominal size of this fabric shade. Roll up fabric panel is 0.5 inches narrower in width than nominal size listed. When measuring for inside mount, make sure to add 0.625 in. to the nominal width (width shown on the listing) to allow for hardware.

Then you say "add.625 " to the " nominal width" (stated width of shade) to allow for hardware. So adding 22.5 to .625 = 23.15" actual width of shade + hardware? Will 23" shade work for 23" window inside mount, or will shade be .15 wider than window for inside mount?"
