Nice Pouf

If this was the first and only pouf I had purchased I would be pleased, however, this is the second one (I decided that I wanted a matching pair) and it is not the same as the first. The fabric shading and size is slightly different. I moved them both to a dimmer room and put pillows on top so no one notices but me. Disappointing though.

Pouf is just as pictured. In person the threaded knots look darker gray than shown in picture. I read the description and wondered how gray it would look since the pictures give almost a bluish tone. It looks really nice regardless. I've taken pictures next to older navy furniture, however I have bought this pouf to go with a newly ordered gray chair and a half that hasn't arrived yet. I really love this pouf. Can't wait to see it with the chair. It is a nice hefty piece that you could sit on or use as foot rest. The colors as I mentioned have a darker gray look on the knotted ties than in picture. The overall pouf is a pretty ivory almost beige. The size seems slightly larger than 18x18x18 but I didn't have tape measure handy. It is nicely filled and gives a hefty feel but not hard. Overall great purchase. I am considering buying another.

Very firm pouf, on the large size

I like the look of the pouf very much and it is very firm which is what I was looking for. It is a little larger than I wanted, but it seems very durable and is a cheerful addition to our airbnb rental apartment. When used, it doesn't bounce back completely, so you need to kind of push it back into shape. It can be used as an extra footstool or extra seat in the room.

These are great quality, texture, color,etc. i had ordered two and ended up returning them but only because my husband took such an exception to them. My plan was to have them as low profile extra sitting in a front sitting room we have that I've been redecorating. Of all the things I've been changing out he thought the style of these were awful. It all came down to a matter of a different design preference. My sister thought they were adorable as well. I think anyone ordering would like!

Please correct me if I'm wrong: Trust is built when retailers accurately describe their merchandise; consumers pay their asking price; and the desired merchandise is delivered – as advertised. It's absurd for retailers to gouge prices; fail to deliver what they promised; then expect customers to go the extra mile, give them the benefit of the doubt, and pay the return shipping. But, in April 2021, that's what Overstock did. They advertised "Leslawa Farmhouse 18-inch Cube Pouf", for $98.68, then delivered an absolutely gorgeous beanbag measuring approximately 21x21x23-inches. And since their advertised measurements were off by about 3-4 inches, it did not work in my intended space. But instead of their Rep promptly issuing a pre-paid return shipping label, she told me that I would need to pay $24.95, and ship it back to them, and then, according to their Return Policy, "We will refund the cost of the merchandise and shipping charges if the return is a result of our error or defective product." In other words, when Overstock makes an "error", their best practice is to make their customer jump through hoops to get them to correct it. So round and round I went, with the Rep politely telling me that according to their return policy I would need to shell out more money to ship it back. And me politely reiterating that Overstock had misrepresented pertinent facts, so I would not be giving them anymore money to make it right. But, if they would provide a way, I would send them photos of the pouf against my measuring tape, so they could see their error and rectify the situation immediately. At some point the Rep changed tactics and offered to sell me a return label for 25% off. When I said no, she offered 50% off! And when I asked to speak to the man behind the curtain, she finally agreed to my offer to provide photos, and sent me an email link. But, when she failed to respond to my email by the next morning, I then had to call back and explain the issue to another Rep, and ask him to examine my photos and issue a pre-paid label instead. When he did, he asked if I would take it to UPS,10 miles away, and I begrudgingly said yes because I just needed to be done with them. So goodbye, Overstock.

This item looks exactly like the photos. It is beautiful and very firm. I love that the cover zoos and can be removed for cleaning. It is lightweight and can easily be moved around. It is slightly larger than I expected. It is more a 19" cube than an 18"cube but I don't mind! I highly recommend this pouf!
