I was very disappointed. The chair lacks appeal and it's hard, making it uncomfortable. I wanted to return it but too much trouble. I will never buy another chair online based on reviews. The in person sit test is the best. Never fails.
Very uncomfortable . The back and bottom are very hard. It feels like you are sitting on a brick. The color is good. It is a true wall hugger.
I have to say there is well worth the money. It's comfortable small and size which we needed, but our biggest complaint was how it was delivered. They left it down by the road by our fence when they could've just as easily driven up the driveway and left it inside our gate. How do they expect a person that has just had shoulder surgery to pick up a chair and get it to the house? No reason to drop it off there instead of up at the house that is our only complaint.
I like everything about these chairs.
I never thought the chair would be very comfortable considering its price. I'm so glad to be wrong! It's like a pillow but supportive. It really is wall hugging. I have it completely up against the wall, and it reclines without issue. It's whisper quiet. The adjustable headrest is a great feature, perfect for reading or watching TV while reclining. My only minor complaint is that the cream is more of a sand and darker than the photo online. I highly recommend this chair!
The recliner arrived in excellent condition, with only the back needing to be installed. The leather finish (or whatever it is) looks very good and all the stitching is perfect. It reclines more than I had imagined and the fact it is a wall recliner helps it fit into a tight space very nicely. We'll see how it wears over time, but right now I am very pleased with it.
After removing the pieces from the box, unwrapping and then assembling the pieces, plugged the cord in and the chair wouldn't recline. Would move 2" and then bind the motor up and stop. Not impressed all about the quality control. Only reason for 1 star is the chair looks nice, but useless as a "recliner".
This recliner has been a perfect addition to our space. The color is spot on, it reclines far back without hitting the wall, and I enjoy that there is no gap in the leg support. It's one continuous cushion. The headrest is so comfortable and with a press of a button can also be pivoted to exactly where you'd like it. Super easy to set up. I couldn't be happier with it overall!
The Lena Zero Wall Hugger Electric Power Recliner has transformed my husband's office into a cozy retreat. Its sleek design fits perfectly in tight spaces, thanks to its wall-hugging feature. The extra USB ports are a bonus for charging gadgets. The smooth reclining mechanism enhances comfort, while the gorgeous cognac leather adds elegance. Though slightly firm at first, it promises to break in with use. Overall, a fantastic addition offering both style and functionality. I was looking for a reclining chair to add to my living room and got this. This reclining chair is very comfortable and very easy to assemble with only 2 steps. The faux leather upholstery is of good quality and matches my living room furniture. The zero-wall design is perfect for small spaces and the chair is sleek compared to most other recliners on the market. Overall, a very comfortable chair with option to move both head rest and seat without taking up space into the wall. This review was written by a full-time Bed Bath & Beyond employee.
