I bought this mattress about 2.5 years ago. I did a lot of research at the time as well because they were about $500 more expensive than they are now and this was not a cheap purchase. It wasn't bad to begin with but over time it has not held up. It is rated "medium to medium-firm"
I did a great deal of research before buying our new mattress. It was between Leesa and another brand. I am so happy that I went with Leesa. Our mattress has been so comfortable and it was so convenient to order online without dealing with a traditional mattress store. We have been so happy and are always recommending Leesa to our friends and family. The cherry on top is their customer service. Highly recommend. You won't be sorry.
Very soft. It was sold to me as firm. Not happy. Anyway it was too much hassle to return. And I already got rid of my old one
We love our mattress
I purchased this Hybrid mattress in Feb 2022. I loved it in the beginning - it was the perfect combination of soft and supportive. Now, two years later, it's lost all of it's support, it's too soft and for the first time in my life I'm dealing with a stiff back and awful lower back pain every single morning. The back pain/stiffness started several months ago and in that time, I've added bunkie boards and a firm mattress topper to get some relief - it doesn't help. I spent almost $2k two years ago on this mattress and already have to replace it with something else. Won't be purchasing from Leesa again. Super disappointing. Buyer beware.

Third time going with Leesa. You simply can't go wrong. Their support team is always a joy to work with and they've always helped to solve our problems and answer questions.
My husband woke up every morning for the whole trial period with an aching back. We ordered this mattress for my husbands back as it came recommended, But this mattress is harder on his back than the last mattress we had. Do not recommend if you have back issues.
At first we were a little skeptical of our purchase. We had tried it out in the store and we loved it, especially over the Sapira Hybrid which felt too plush for us. When we first got it we were worried it may not be firm or supportive enough. After some time we have grown to love this mattress. It is perfect for those who want a medium firm feel - it is firm but has some give so you sink in a little bit though still feel very supported. If you are looking for a standard firm mattress, this is not the one for you. The other area I could see it bothering people is that the when you are sitting on the edges it does sink in a little bit, but it is not a big deal for us. When you are actually laying in the mattress that is not how you feel. It is clear too that this is a high quality mattress and we do not regret the price we paid for it.
