  • Great little side table
    Verified Purchase

Bought two of these. Very easy to assemble, just screw the base onto the table top. Other reviews said because the base is small they were easy to tip over. I didn't have that problem but could see if a child pulled on the table how it may tip over. I put them in a corner between two chairs and they look great. I would buy them again.

  • Latte pedestal table

The table is a little wobbly because it is to heavy. I'm using it in my kid's loft where there is carpet, and I wish I could bolt it to the ground. The staining was horribly done. It was uneven and there is a stripe down the pedestal that I have to turn towards the wall so it is less obvious. I figure I will restrain someday, which is sad because it is actually a nice color, just uneven.

  • Almost a really nice table.

I purchased the Latte pedestal table on a whim. I was not even looking for furniture but it popped up and I decided it would be great in my living room. I got 20% off and free shipping. I do not think I would have bought this at full price. It arrived very fast. I unpacked it and immediately noticed that there is a flaw on the top of the table. It appears as if some dark wood stain was dripped and then the top was bagged up with plastic. The dark wood stain is odd, since the table is a beige-yellowish ting. This dark spot appears at the edge of the top and I'm hoping my lamp will cover it. Nonetheless, I was upset to see this, but no way was I paying the money to ship this back for a return. The table is listed as "Chinese hardwood." I did some research into this, and I think it is just fancy, heavy plywood. Despite this, the table has a nice feel and look. It weighs about 30lbs too. The photo makes the "latte" finish appear more luxurious than it is in real life. But it is not too yellow, so I'm happy about that. There is some assembly required. However, like most Made in China things, it is not going together as easy as it should. I received an odd number of screws, washers, etc. The Allen Wrench provided with the hardware only fits the small screws, and not the larger heavy duty screws. I'm luck my husband has a full set of Allen wrenches. The assembly seems simple. Screw the base plate to the top of the table. However, I have spent an exorbitant amount of time trying to do this. The holes do not line up. I finally gave up last night and will try again today to finish assembly. I am anxious to see how it looks in my living room.
