It is absolute GARBAGE It falls apart as you're putting it together. The particle board is garbage. I want my money back. I feel I've been cheated. Don't buy this product.
Package shipped on time and in 2 packages as mentioned. One package did have 3 damaged items, nothing major just slight cracking from pressure spots. Backing is held together with tape. Center shelving needs a support for sure, it sags a little bit. No holes for cables but that's fine with me since it will all be where I need them when drilled.
We'll built meets all my need great price
The unit was a lot of work to build but the instructions were good and it looks nice. For the price, I think it will work well for us. We still need to drill holes for the TV components and we purchased cable grommets to strengthen and protect the backing. We did have a shipping error as the first shipment came with one correct box and one incorrect one. When discovered BB&B was not able to send just the missing box but shipped two new boxes so now one has to be picked up. Didn't make sense but it's all done now and the extra box is waiting for pick up. Overall good experience.
Great furniture piece and great accent to Living Room
Just finished assembling the 102" entertainment center here are the good and bad items. Good: 1: Looks exactly as represented in the photo. 2: Directions adequately represent what you need to do for assemble 3: All parts correctly labeled 4; Packaging was sturdy and protective of all the parts. 5: Price. 6: it's big. Exactly what I wanted but be sure to measure your space. Bad: 1: A couple parts have what appears to be oils stains on them. Luckily not front facing but still a bit disappointed. 2: Needed to drill holes for center shelf support for some reason they were not drilled out on one side. 3: center shelf is not particularly solid. I added a brace to make sure it could hold anything I put on it. 4: was missing two screws needed to attach the door magnets on the center stand. 5: The top shelf is heavy and really requires two or three people to put into place between the end shelves. 6: Shipping via FedEx. This ships in two packages and are very heavy. FedEx employee could barely move them and had to slide them off the truck and onto the ground. Luckily packaging prevented any pieces from being damaged. 7: There are no cable management holes so you will need to drill your own if you are running wires, thought that strange for an entertainment center.
