My mom's doctor told her to use a firm mattress and I order it right away and found out Lucid has no idea what firm means. It gave my mom a serious back ache, so dissapointed with this as price was a great deal.
It's very heavy and I expected it to be the size stated in the description. It's no where near the height I expected and it doesn't lay flat at one end. It's in a guest room which probably won't get much use so it's fine, but I definitely was a little disappointed that it didn't match the description.
We let this mattress sit out flat without being touched for 2 weeks. It never laid flat. Customer service basnt gotten back to us with resolution options.. despite it not laying flat it is very comfortable
I purchased this mattress for a guest room and all of my guests have said it was comfortable to sleep on.
I needed a mattress asap, I had been looking all over for a good one with a good price. I finally ran across this one and I'm so happy I did because this mattress is so comfortable and affordable. It helps me fall right to sleep and I stay asleep all night because it's so comfortable. You won't regret buying this mattress and the price is so good and I absolutely love it and I recommend it to anyone looking for comfort and a good night sleep ❤️
While this mattress is comfortable, it does not fully expand. The corners of the mattress are still squished flat, about half the depth of everywhere else. Also, I ordered medium firm and I would not call this firm at all. Not at all what I expected. However, it is comfortable to sleep on. I hope it lasts. I would not buy it again because it is still squished pretty flat on the corners. Disappointed in the quality. It came in a larger box, was left on my front porch, and the box had multiple holes and tears. It looked as though it had been thrown around and dropped many times.
I put this mattress on my bed several days ago and gave it three days to expand. One end of the mattress is curled up, and hasn't expanded properly. I didn't expect perfection for the price I paid, but mattress is unusable
lucid should stop shipping this mattress the mattress I got is deformed and doesn't work it's not worth it
I'm in my 20's and ordered this mattress because I thought it was a good price. I've never struggled with sleeping and thought any mattress would do just fine. However, after now sleeping on this mattress for almost a full year, I can honestly say do NOT buy this mattress! I wake up every morning with major neck and back pain, so much so I've had to start seeing a chiropractor. Do your future self a favor and buy a more expensive mattress.
Mattress was perfect not too soft. Just right for me if too soft hard to turn to sides . This mattress is just right for me
