LUCID Comfort Collection 10-Inch SureCool Gel Memory Foam Mattress

Ok so I've only had this mattress for about 2 weeks now but let me tell you. It came in a huge box(the maintenance guy actually carried it for me), got it inside and opened it to a well vaccumed foam matters. Dragged it into my room and used the cleverly included letter opener as to safely cut away the plastic. Unrolled and let it sit out(there was no foul smell thank the Lord) within about an hour it was fully erect to the full 10 inches on all sides. I sprayed mines with febreeze again not because of any smell but who doesn't like the smell of febreeze!!! Anywho to the real reason for this review, I replaced my old mattress due to it giving me some serious hip and back pain. I've had that mattress for 3 years and this was the mattress I had while pregnant. It was a nightmare! The worst back and hip pains, I thought it was because i was pregnant with a very big baby but even afterwards the pain continued. I researched for months and decided to purchase this one. The first night was ok i initially thought it was too firm but that wasnt the case, it has great support and i didn't wake with any pain although it was a bit uncomfortable honestly because for so long I always woke in pain. But by the end of the first week I was sleeping like a baby. Truly the mattress is amazing and I'm very satisfied with my purchase. 2 weeks now i still get a good night's sleep and wake well rested and pain free. Ok I know that this review was lengthy and a bit all over but all in all great buy and definitely will purchase another for my second bedroom. Hope this helps you in your search

great mattress for the price! our guests love sleeping on this bed. very comfortable! We also have an 8 inch memory foam mattress, the 10 inch is much better and gives more support

The only problem I had with the Lucid 10-inch Queen is that it didn't quite make it to 10 inches only 8 inches. But it sleeps great and the price was terrific! Thank you Overstock.

Pretty comfortable and great quality for this LUCID 10 inch surecool gel memory foam mattress. It has just the right about of firmness and softness for my back.

Loved the bed is very comfortable, but gave it a 3 because I followed the instructions specifically, they said to let it lay on a flat surface for 48 hours, and I actually did it for 56 hours and i'm missing a whole inch, I bought a 10 inch and this came up to be like a 9 inch, so I recommend people to buy the 12 inch if you are looking for a 10 inch better more than less.

LUCID Comfort Collection 10-inch Full-size Gel Memory Foam Mattress - I bought this for my son's full bed. He likes to sleep on his Gel Memory Foam.

I ordered the lucid 10 inch king gel mattress, I opened box unrolled mattress and let set for 48 hours, it expanded to 10 inches and is the most comfortable mattress I have ever purchased. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a great night sleep.

Love this mattress! It’s my first time using a this type of mattress and I’m pretty impressed. It is very comfortable and i haven’t been tossing and turning like i did with my old mattress. In hindsight I wish I would have opted for a 12 inch, but the 10 inch is definitely sufficient. In time, I will buy the 12 inch mattress and put the 10 inch on the guest bed.

This is a great mattress. It came very quickly and we followed the directions (waited 48 hours after unpacking to use). The mattress inflated quickly as did not have a bad smell that we have come to expect from other memory foam mattresses we have used in the past. The mattress is firm, but very comfortable. I love the soft gel layer that makes the mattress soft for the top couple inches then the foam underneath is firm to give the support that we need. I have purchased other items from this brand and it is quickly becoming my favorite bedding brand. I would highly recommend this mattress to anyone that is looking for a memory foam mattress.

Comfortable and delivered quickly. Memory foam mattresses come in different depths, and although this one is only 10 inches and not as good as a 14 inch mattress, for the price it was worth it.

I have a bad back and if the bed is not perfect I wake up aching. I had never bought a memory foam mattress so I read the reviews on this item and ordered it. I unrolled it and it was uncompressed within a few hours. I did not notice any smell at all. That night I slept on it and it was perfect. The only problem I am having these days is that I don't want to get out of bed in the morning because it is so Comfortable. I am thinking of buying another one for my house in Texas. Love Love Love this mattress and highly recommend it.

I really like it, but it was a little firmer than I thought it would be. I have adjusted to it.. it is wonderful mattress.

This memory foam mattress was purchased for my daughter. She has fibromyalgia and has been very positive about how comfortable it is for her. I felt the mattress was a real bargain.

I was skeptical about this lucid 10 in memory foam mattress how good could it be for the money and I'd hears they were to soft for some now I weigh about 230lbs and this mattress is firm by my standards the ease of set up and the quality of the product are way beyond the price level of this item lucid did it right if you have back issues and need a firm bed but want memory foam look no further this is the bed for you

It is just the right amount of softness to firmness. It does wonders for a bad back.

What an awesome mattress! I purchased this as a surprise to my Admin Assistant. She is going through a divorce and the mattress that she had she has had it since she got married - many, many years ago. She tends to have neck and back issues frequently - an old mattress would be a number #1 reason why. Needless to say, I have purchased two Lucid mattresses in the past (one individual coil and one Memory Foam)and I have to say that they have yet to disappoint us. It comes in a good package that gets delivered right to your front door - I had it within a week! Super easy to put on the bed - take it out of the box, lay it on the bed, take off the plastic covering and then just wait for it to open up. I let mine breathe for about 3 hours before I put sheets on it. If you haven't slept on memory foam in the past, it does take a few days to get used it. But, once you are used to it - it is absolute heaven! Super excited about this purchase! Thanks again Lucid!

Mattress is firm and comfy

I had recently gotten this for my spare bedroom for when guest come over but now I am really debating about sleeping on it myself! l have been taking naps on this and it is seriously the most comfortable mattress Ive ever slept on. I have always had the kind with inner springs or half memory foam. This one is definitely so much better. I feel myself waking up refreshed. My back and neck dont hurt like they do when I sleep on my normal mattress. The mattress is true to the 10 inches in size. It does have a zipper cover around it to protect the memory foam. The mattress itself is semi firm but overtime softens up. I am a plus size person (Im 6'3 and weight 280ish). I have had no issues with it flattening out or making a mold around my body. I am very pleased with my purchase and will be purchasing the larger version to replace my current mattress.

Bought this for my son for college. He is 160 lbs and says it's great. Arrived on time. Well packaged in a box. Mattress is light but fim and very comfortable. Would highly recommend.

I purchased this 20 inch Lucid mattress for my son. He says it is soo comfortable and always gets a good night's sleep!! Much less expensive than advertised big name brands!

We bought this after much research for a guest bedroom. It arrived as promised and in perfect condition. It fit nicely on the platform bed we purchased for Overstock. Highly recommend!

We used the mattress the first night we received it. It had a little bit of odor (from manufacturing) but nothing we couldn't deal with. The mattress is FIRM but it has great support once you lay on it for a while. It is cool when you get into it but warms up nicely. I'd definitely recommend this to others.

This mattress comes tightly packed, but takes only a few hours to decompress. It's on the softer side, and molds to your body. If you move around a lot at night this might not be for you, as you sink fairly far into the mattress. Overall though, it provides a great night's rest, and is perfect in our guest room.

LOVE this mattress. Very affordable and comfortable. My son needed and upgrade and this was perfect.

Very comfortable. I ordered four for our bunk room. I haven't slept on them yet, but my kids and their friends say they are very comfortable.They do have a strong smell at first. you need to let them air out for a few days before any sleeps on them.
