I appreciate that this item was shipped & received sooner than expected. Also appreciated was the focus on calling out 2 people to install & place, as it's definitely awkward and heavy. Instructions are critical. None of the pieces were tagged with letters. For me & NY helper, the illustrations were not clear & became a guessing game. Having purchased other items like this (for less cost) it was a surprise to receive the bolts, washers, "tools" all thrown together in a bag.

Love this chair. After lots of research on this type of swinging chair, this was the one that was most appealing. The construction is solid....iron and steel. Great quality. Cushion is very thick. Our deck gets lots of wind and we will typically have plants blow over, etc. Have no concerns about it blowing over or falling over. The round base keeps it grounded. Very relaxing chair. Our boys like it too!
