Needs More Details

All these strike plate drawings lack a couple things. What are the outside dimensions? What is the distance from the opening to the outer edge of the strike plate? It appears that dimension is longer for some plates than others. Are the outer lips curved? And for this one in particular what does UL mean in the name>
