  • Very pleased with this food processor

I'm happy I decided to invest a little extra money to get this "professional-type" food processor to replace one I had for 21 years. I was considering one that was half the cost because I don't really use it that much but realized that I wasn't using it that much because my previous one was smaller and really didn't do a great job. (I will withhold the name of my first one but it wasn't Kitchenaid.) I have already used this one a few times and it does a great job. You won't regret purchasing this processor.

  • A solid food processor

Since I work professionally as a personal chef and cooking instructor, high quality kitchenware and tools are very important. I really took the time to comparison shop before purchasing a new food processor, and the KitchenAid gives me everything I am looking for. As with most KitchenAid products, you are going to pay a bit more but I think the quality is well worth it. The adjustable slicing blade and two speed motor are both very useful. This model also comes with the smaller bowl so it saved me the expense of purchasing a 3 cup processor for smaller jobs like chopping nuts. I'm very pleased with this purchase and would recommend KitchenAid.
