  • Great Pan! Does the trick for me.
    Verified Purchase

I am satisfied with the roasting pan. Size is perfect for me, as I really wanted it for lasagna, and it certainly is deep enough. Used it immediately for a family lasagna fest, and it worked beautifully. Cleaned up easily, and I'm sure that I'll use it for its intended purpose - roasting - whenever I need a large capacity pan. Ordering and shipment were efficient and quick - couldn't be more happy.

  • Quality Stainless Steel Roasting Pan
    Verified Purchase

This high quality stainless steel roasting pan comes with a steel rack with folding handles. High pan walls kept grease spatter low. Pan cleaned up easily with soap, hot water, and a mild scrubbing with a plastic scrubber. The only thing I don't like much are the folding handles on the rack. The handles fold in onto the meat during cooking, making the handles messier than they need to be when pulling rack out of pan. I would recommend this product to others. The price is a bit steep but seems as thought it will be worth it in the long run.

  • Nice, but could be better
    Verified Purchase

I was hoping for a roaster big enough to handle turkzilla, a 20+ pound bird, didn't quite get it. But it will work great for big roasts, and even 2 roasting chickens at the same time. The rack handles could be taller so they aren't in the way when you grab the pan handles to get the whole unit out of or into the oven, or shorter so you grab both at the same time. I recomment using gloves not pot holders to move the hot pan so you don't get the back of your hands and fingers burned.
