I have three large kitchen drawers with 150 pound capacity, full extension Accuride slides. They were installed incorrectly by the cabinet manufacturer and never stayed closed the way they were supposed to. The Titus Soft Close adapters solved that but installation was not completely straight forward. The drawer slides had a rubber piece that was meant to hold the drawer in the closed position and the rubber piece had to be removed. Since the drawers are so heavy, I had to ensure the slides were as frictionless as possible by removing some of the factory grease and lubing with a light aerosol. The Titus Adapters have a built-in spacer for locating them above the slides that didn't work for me. I had to space them higher to clear a protrusion on top of the Accuride slides. My drawers have more clearance between the drawer and the cabinet than the Titus Adapters were made for. The easiest fix was too make a shim out of a wooden paint stirrer to go between the drawer and the short plastic drawer-mounted "catch". The screws that came with the Titus Adapters were too fat to use on the cabinet mounted soft close part. I had some smaller diameter screws on hand to use instead. The final result was exactly what I desired, drawers that close softly and fully with an easy push without replacing the slides. The drawers do require some extra effort to pull open for the first few inches. This is to overcome the resistance of the soft close mechanism while it is being "cocked" for the closing. I cannot attest to their longevity, they have only been in use for two weeks at this point.
