Had this faucet since early 2013 and have just ordered my third cartridge replacement. Faucent leaks when the cartridge begins to fail and will leak down the water hoses underneath the sink, in addition to water pooling on the deck plate. Kingston Brass customer service not easy to deal with. The cartridge is part of the 10 year warranty but you have to keep calling them to ship the part. Probably going to have to bite the bullet and replace this faucet.
This is a very good quality faucet, it is now installed and working well. I am giving the faucet itself four stars only because it doesn't have a quick connect feature for the pull down sprayer line where it attaches under the counter. I am however giving Overstock zero to one stars because 1) lack of documentation including the wrong installation booklet, 2) the specifications do not mention that this model does not work with worktop thicknesses greater than about 1-1/4 in and 3) there is no make and model number that you can go to look up info on replacement parts, installation or extension kit parts. Our worktop is about one inch thick and I had to leave off the waterproof spacer that sits between the bottom of the faucet and the top of the counter. The faucet shank, the brass piece that goes under the worktop and allows the faucet to be secured to the worktop with a threaded nut is way too short for most countertops. I would not be comfortable recommending that customers purchase this faucet if they plan to use worktops that are much more than 3/4 in in thickness. It would be a great courtesy of Overstock to mention this to potential buyers so that they don't was their time nor the companies valuable time in having to return the item.
