Okay, I can't believe I got enticed into spending this much on curtain RINGS. But they're really beautiful and will be the perfect complement to the curtains I'm making.

  • Great-looking curtain rings

I bought these curtain rings to go with the Signature Bronze Silk panels on Overstock, and they work together beautifully. I hung them on a rod that is 1-3/8" thick in diameter and they fit close, but not too snug to inhibit mobility. Personally, I like how the rings are not significantly wider in diameter than the rod. The way I set it up, there is no angled motion of these rings — only straight lateral sliding. It looks more custom fit, and less swingy (than say, the sort you might use for shower curtains). Also , the spring-loaded clamps are strong and will hold onto anything reliably. Admittedly, I second-guessed myself before I hung the curtains, and bought cheaper, more generic-looking thin 2" rings at a local store when I was buying the rod. I was worried that these wouldn't work out, but I was wrong. They are perfect and contribute significantly to the rich, substantial & dramatic look I was going for — and do so far better than the basic rings I bought as backups. I highly recommend.
