I ordered two of these for each side of my bed. They have more style than the usual white dresser, which is why I ordered. It took me 2.5 hours to put together but I am pretty good at stuff like that. I did use a drill on the lowest setting and then a phillips for the more delicate stuff. There were no problems putting it together. The drawers feel a little "loose" when you pull them out but I have a very heavy hand so I think it will just take some getting used to. The drawers pull out easily but not quite all the way, but only by 1-2 inches, which is not a big deal. I do notice the wood of the right set of drawers doesn't line up perfectly, one drawer is about 2mm off. Very slight and no one will notice but me! But I wanted to be thorough in my review. Hope it helps. Glad I purchased.
The dresser itself isn't super fancy, but hard to beat for the price. It seems to be built predominately of real wood and feels sturdy. Installation wasn't too difficult, but some of the clips took some extra elbow grease to fully engage. The seams aren't perfect (minor gaps), but that's not noticeable if you aren't looking for it. I do wish the drawers opened a few inches further. Ultimately, I'm happy with it given what we paid, the price on Overstock being much less than at other online retailers. Getting a complete dresser in good condition was a headache though and took over a month. The first one we received contained only two unbroken pieces -- everything else was cracked, had destroyed clips, staples sticking out, etc. Overstock arranged UPS pickup of the return and shipped a replacement quickly, but it was frustrating to have to repack the original box. Dresser #2 was in much better shape, but still had some issues: the top had an uneven finish as though someone had sanded it down (Overstock sent a replacement, but it took over a week after our request to ship out) and the threads in one knob were misaligned and couldn't be attached (we bought new knobs on our own). Overstock customer service was helpful in resolving these issues, but the original damaged dresser should never have been approved for shipment.
