I recently had a left hip replacement, laminectomy, and spinal fusion. After spending countless hours on the internet searching for "my chair," this armchair struck me as the perfect fit. Believe me, it is the perfect fit. It envelopes me and supports my back and hip. The arms have a gentle outward curve that provide me the support I need to stand easily. Additionally, the chair is superior quality and beautiful in my leather living room.
I bought this for my 5 year old son, who looks like he is 7. He loves this chair! He will have plenty of room to grow into it. The chair seems very sturdy and looks like it will last several years. The material is soft and easy to wipe clean.
Its a cute chair. The top cushion is very think but unless the child likes to recline back its awkward to sit straight up. It goes great with my leather couch. I'm not finding a button on how to recline the chair.
I needed this for extra show storage, and it is large enough for several pairs and has convenient handle holes in the side that work as ventilation. The fabric is kind of a microsuede but looks just fine; I was concerned that it might look obviously plastic. The holes for the legs were not aligned, and it definitely required a drill and pilot holes to attach the legs. I did not like the white legs so I faux-painted them in cherry and they look great. Lid stays up unless you push it down, which is good for keeping fingers and shoes safe. Sturdy enough to sit on from time to time. A good buy under three figures.
