I would put zero stars if I could. Absolutely terrible couch, do not buy! We bought this couch back in December. Right away we started having problems with the zippered on arm rests. The zipper would not stay and the arm rests would constantly fall off. We thought it would just be something we had to deal with. Fast forward to right after the 30 day marks hits, the zipper breaks and the arm rest will not stay on. At this point the 30 day guarantee is up, so what can we do. But then, within the next month the fabric underneath the leg rest rips and I realized it's a cheap thin material and thin pressboard that split allowing the rip. Nothing we did to cause the break other then opening and closing the rest. We contacted customer service via chat and they said they would see what they could do and that "Oversized Warehouse" would email us back within 3 days about the issue. It's been 4-5 days now and when we contacted them via chat again, they acted like we hadn't contacted them at all. Total scam, again do NOT buy!
Couch was extremely small and * cheaper on a different site. I have initiated a return and have not heard back from Bed Bath and Beyond. I initiated the return the day I received this couch. It is cheaply made, has zippers for hand rest, but mainly very very small. Also, there was no massager anywhere and it's advertised that is includes massager.
The couch was very easy to assemble. It is so comfortable and the recliners work very well. I love how far the two end seats lay down.
Not what I expected. Somewhat uncomfortable and wobbly
After living with this couch for just over a year now, I would not recommend this couch to anyone. It was uncomfortable to begin with, but we stuck with it as we liked the reclining option, and it is simply a pain to return something so large. The couch is of very poor quality and poor construction. After about 4 months, one side of the couch would not relatch the footrest of the recliner. The handle to open the footrest broke after about 8 months. Just a few weeks ago, the side that would not relatch broke completely and now sits with a lean. We've had to purchase a new couch. For the money, a piece of furniture like this should last much longer than a year.
I bought this sofa last summer . I was upset at first becuse they sent the wrong color of sofa. Once i started putting things together I was very pleased with how my living room looked .
This sofa was easy to install. Very comfy to lay on or sit on. Lovely upholstery. The color was perfect for our living room. The one drawback in that small objects fall easily through the separations in the sofa.
The couch is made very well.My grandkids where fighting over who sat on it.Great quality
The pro is it fit without having to take doors off hinges. The nuetral is that it's very very firm. The cons are that you have to put all 3 back cushions on (which is going to take atleast 2 people). The worst thing about it is that the arm rests zip on with a plastic zipper. Mine decided to come off track and begin unzipping at 2:30am, waking me to a rude awakening. Now when I try to zip it back on, it won't stay on track and the teeth come apart. So I'm going to have to try to velcro the entire armrest on or something because I'm not paying to send this couch back, not worth the money to do since you have to pay for it by weight (150 lbs). It's a 3 seat couch and only the 2 ends recline. Wouldn't pay the money to buy this couch.
