I bought this piece for use in my kitchen on my island in place of a large wicker basket I was using, I also bought another piece ( Kate and Laurel Ehrens Round Decorative Wood Tray ) now, when I got both in, I honestly could not remember what I bought the Kate & Laurel round decorative tray for & then, the tray I bought for the kitchen island wasn't going to work on how I wanted it to, so I took the Kate & Laurel round decorative wood tray & put it inside the middle of the Kate & Laurel Marmora Wood & metal Round tray, it completely worked & looks beautiful for what I did with it. My husband came home later on that day & that's the first thing he noticed, he loved it as well, There are a lot of different ways to do these pieces, so I know I will probably switch around a few times or so. love both pieces, very happy customer as always. I know some people would probably say the way I put this doesn't look right, but I do things totally opposite-
