Kate and Laurel Lipton Polished Metal Handle Decorative Tray - 16.5x12.25x3.25

As you can see from pictures the tray is all scratched up. I'm redecorating my apt. and all the what nots, tray included, have been in their boxes sitting on my bed, which is not used, until they got the flooring finished and all the big pieces of furniture delivered and put together. So I take everything on the bed out of their packaging last night and didn't notice any scratches until today when I was setting it all up in the living room and the sun was shining through my storm door. The tray had to be packaged with this damage because the packing was excellent. In fact all the things I ordered from Overstock I was very happy with. I just added more what nots onto the tray hoping nobody can see the scratches. I'm ocd so it will drive me nuts but I'm a senior who does not drive and it would be very difficult for me to ship it back. I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else because it is a lovely tray, too bad quality control wasn't as lovely.

Somehow, I misjudged the size. I was expecting the tray to be larger. I do like the wooden tray, which I purchased in pink with polished gold color handles. I'd probably be using it for night tray in a guest bedroom for drinks, or an amenities tray in an extra bathroom. I probably should have returned it, but it's too much fuss. It is lost on my coffee table that measures 40 inches square. My fault on this one .... A fine product, just not for where I wanted it to go.

Absolutely beautiful decorative tray! The color of the tray was true to the picture. I purchased the navy tray with gold handles and it was better than expected.

WOW what a piece of absolute junk. I have owned this item for about two weeks. Yesterday I was wiping it down with a dry towel and it began chipping! (see photo) Shards stuck into my fingers, very painful. I wanted to love this, but what an absolute fail. Really disappointed given the price.

I do not recommend this tray. Overstock Customer service was great helping me return the first tray I received because it had cracks in the corner; see 1st picture. When my replacement arrived it too had cracks in the corners; see 2nd and 3rd pictures. Plus a chip on the outside corner... I am so disappointed bc I really love the look of this tray but lacquer does not work.

So pretty, I love it. Shipping was so fast.

So happy with this purchase! Great size, nice shine, and great quality. I would recommend!

Dont use it for food. it doesn't hold up well when cleaned.
