What a great little kettle! Bought this to replace a much more expensive water boiler/warm water keeper after it frizzled out and couldn't be happier. This kettle heats water quickly and the fact that the kettle itself is cordless (the base is corded and the kettle 'snaps' into the base) is a big plus too! Quick heating and digital temp choice with easy to maneuver options make this a winner for me!

The OFF function stops working
This kettle is disastrous! Twice it was returned because of a lack of work. After using a short time, the OFF function stops working - this means that the kettle is boiling without stopping. The design is pleasant.
