Bought this for my daughter because it matched her kitchen, only lasted about 9 months.

Very easy to use, shipped great (box little damaged by carrier) interior and product unharmed and used same day.

I ordered this because I loved the color and consider Kalorik a good-quality brand. However, the first pot I ordered was missing one of the feet for the counter, and would not sit flat. Overstock arranged an exchange at no cost to me, which was painless. The second one I received came in a really crappy box and the coffe maker itself was covered in dust. When I purchase a refurbished item, I expect it to seem new. I felt like this was used with a new coffee pot. I need my coffee in the morning, so I washed it up and put it to use anyway. The place where you pour the water is too narrow and it often spills into the filter area. Easy to program. Wish there was a setting for coffee strength and that you didn't have to click through delay to turn it off after you brew a pot. It is a nice looking coffee maker that gets the job done, but it could certainly be better. In the future, I don't think I'll purchase any more refurbished items from Overstock.

  • Unreliable - broken after 2.5 months of use

Unreliable product. I agree with other reviewer that it is not easy to pour the water into the coffee maker. Narrow slots provided. Looks nice, but unreliable.

This coffee maker really looks nice and works well. Programming it is a little more difficult than it needs to be. Also, pouring water into the well is tricky because the opening to the well is very narrow.
