This is great accessory and final touch to a custom closet that I myself put together (picture 5'4" female architect in my 30s). It is a bit of a hassle to install, especially if it's located under the bottom shelf. Otherwise, love it!

Does exactly what it's supposed to: Keeps ties and belts organized. There really aren't any great looking racks to compare it to so I am happy with it and would purchase it again.

This is very sturdy and functional. I however did not realize it would have to be put together so much and it was a gift for someone. I didn't open the main box and just wrapped it as it came. I was a bit embarrassed that it had so much work attached to it. Also, the box came printed on the label what it had in it and it was a gift. Those label should never say what the contents are. I think once it is put together it will be fine.

I was looking for a great product that would hold my belts - skinny ones, big buckle ones, metal ones, fabric ones - all of them. I also thought this product would just be able to attach to a stud or under a current rack that is in my closet. I was looking forward to the capability to pull the slider out, select a belt (from many) and slide back away. Turns out this item is consistent with their entire line of John Louis closet systems - which I don't have. There is no way I can use this item without it being able to attach to the John Louis closet system. It possibly could hold lots of generic belts with little or no belt buckle which was another let down. The item was very heavy which is why I didn't return it. I still have it - at the bottom of some other closet. Now wishing I had done some research to realize I was buying into a closet system - not just some "designer" closet accessory. Also wish I would have looked closer at the clearance area where a large belt buckle just won't fit.
