easy to assemble good item, increases storage area
It is made of real wood! While it all fit together properly the directions are a bit confusing as you try to read them. A couple of slats on the main body of this set were broken and had to be glued together. Build the main structure first and see where you plan to hang it before you do the shelves as you may have to cut them down to the proper size.
Sturdy, well made and very attractive. No problem with installation and certainly organized the closet. Love John Louis organizers, plan to finish other two closets with the same.
This product is just as gorgeous as the online photos. Quality wood and gorgeous color. My husband put this together for a better part of a day. He did have to do some sawing to get the right fit in our closet. The directions are very helpful and give you a variety of layout options depending on your closet size. I would definitely recommend this product and definitely recommend having someone pretty handy install it.
Very solid! My closet is smaller than the 3 options given but I was able to make it work perfectly. I didn't use all of the shelves/racks due to size & I wanted an area to hang long items. LOVE the adjustable shelves in the tower. Super easy to assemble. *One side note...a few of the instructions tell you to use a certain screw that is not included in the package. I think this is a typo.
This is a beautiful organizer. It was easy to install and looks gorgeous. I really wanted a real wood unit and this did not disappoint! I will be buying another section soon. Highly recommend!

This is a very attractive closet organizer but my husband, who is a contractor, felt it was a nightmare to put together and the directions were terrible. We worked together to finish it but it took us much longer than it should have to put together a closet organizer. I don't think I would recommend it to others just given the level of difficulty of constructing it and there were several times when the screws didn't line up with the holes.
This is a very sturdy closet organizer and looks great. In fact, I took the sliding closet doors completely off so the unit is very visible. I use basket storage containers on the shelves. I had this installed, so I can't say how easy or difficult that was but it's in there to stay! It is a pretty strong golden wood color which wasn't my first choice, but it works.
I've used this company more than once and have nothing but positive reviews to give them. Great quality and great customer service.
