Beautiful bread knife. So sharp it made deep cuts in my cutting board on first use. Can't be mad about that!
This knife has good weight and design. Just keep in mind that the corners of the handles are squared off and not rounded like in other Henckels sets.
This is a replacement for the same knife we've had for 22 years. That knife handle cracked off at the end and the tang is exposed so this knife replaces that one
Fabulous bread knife! As with all of the Hankles products, this knife does not disappoint. We have French bread with most of our meals, And I love the handlability and the way this knife performs.
Could not pass up the chance to add a bread knife to my classic set that didn't come with one. Cuts through warm fresh Italian bread without crushing it. Haven't had it long enough for an in-depth review other than to say you'll never find these knives in my dishwasher. I respect the quality enough to take care of them.
Definitely one of the best knives. It is pricey and not made in China. Worth the money
