This chair is very substantial, but because it has a low back, it doesn't seem to take my visual space in the room. It arrived completely assembled, except for the legs, which were easy to screw in. The leather is soft and high quality. I'm really glad I purchased it to update my living room.
Quality and Comfort BUT, Minus a star as Ice White leather color is more of a light taupe / smoke. Wish I could have ordered color swatches first. Can't return too expensive as was a freight delivery. I will have to resell at a loss. Chairs are expensive wait for a good sale before buying. - Delivery Timely and Friendly - Packed Well with easy assembly. Just screw in legs. - Quality leather and workmanship. - Comfort seat supportive but soft. - I can not rate some of the items below as do not know yet.
