This is a really nice set. It was very easy to put together. I'm a petite female and I did it myself w/ no problems. It hasn't been outdoors for any length of time so I can't yet judge it's durabilty, but it appears to be put together well. and as usual, Overstock's delivery was quick. The only problem I have with it so far is that Overstock states that the table is 42 inches in diameter and I relied on that info b/c that is the size table I wanted. However, when I received the product, the table was only 39 inches. I measured it when I got it. also, the box in which the table came in stated the dimension as 39 inches. I am disappointed by this but it's not worth it to me to send it back.

Let me start by saying the reason I gave this product 3 starts is because I spent an additioanl $50 in oil rubbed bronze rustoleum paint so that I could make these work and didn't have to return them. There's nothing like spending close to $1000 on some patio furniture, then having to do so work. My husband was not pleased. I kept telling him a table chairs, the settee, coffee table and two chairs, we were talking $3500 for a high quality wrought iron set, so I didn't mind spending the $50 in paint. Anyway, the settee from same manufacturer is texture coated dark grey and of slightly higher quality. The chairs and patio table set is painted black and scratched up when it arrived. Had a few jagged edged that required a light sand so my kids don't need a tetnus shot. We assembled them and decided that since they didn't match (and the one set was scratched up) that we should paint them. You must rustoleum this set or it will rust. If you like the black scratched look, then use clear rustoleum. I found an oil rubbed bronze that me and my hubby like and we painted all of our furnture to match and now with cushions, it looks great. If we took it right out of the box, then it would not look so good. If you are willing to spend a few hours and $50 on this set, then you can make it look nice and last a long time. The metal is sturdy, but will require a new can of rustoleum every few years to prevent rusting, unless in a sun room, but if exposed, I'd give it a coat. Would have had to pay a couple thousand more to get something just slightly better after the rustoleum.

I was on the search for an inexpensive yet heavy weight quality set that would endure the hot sun that we get on our back patio. I didn't want to have to worry about when it rained to hurry and have to cover it nor when the high winds kicked up having to move it closer to the house. This set is perfect. It's heavy and will not go any were when it storms, the look is very nice. I added some red flowered seat cushions and a red umbrella and it looks FABULOUS on the patio!! And it's comfortable, even my hard to please husband thinks so. Can't wait to begin sitting out and enjoy our BBQ dinner using this set.

First warm day of spring here in New England - and I assembled the table and chairs. It was very straight forward and easy to do. The first chair took a while - the next 3 went very fast. The lesson I learned was to finger tighten the screws,and then when all was assembled go back and tighten everything. The reason for this was aligning the pieces ... worked for me. The table and chairs do have some scuff marks - so I intend to give the whole set one light coat of black Rustoleum when we have a few more nice days.

Having bought many other patio furnishings from Overstock with much satisfaction, I made it my first and only stop when shopping for a small 4 seater. Although the assembly is very easy and the structural components seem very strong, the woven metal table top and chair seats and arms are very problematic.For starters, after I assembled the table, I realized the box contents must have shifted during shipping. This caused some minor denting and chipping of the metal, which I spent a little time to almost correct.The morning after assembly, the evening dew moisture that formed on the metal created "rust" stains. These stains did wash away, however, they reappear after each dew fall.The hole in the center of the tabletop had a large amount of weld material that narrowed the opening of the hole for the umbrella. After twenty minutes with a file and some touch up paint, I had the umbrella through the hole.Overall, I rated this a fair. The great price and solid construction where huge, however, the time spent renovating a brand new item was very frustrating as well as disappointing. If you are not a perfectionist and you are mechanically inclined, this would be a great purchase. Otherwise, I suggest you pass on this set.

I was pleased when this patio set arrived. However, I was wondering how the table could possibly be 42 in. in diameter when the box was 39 in. Sure enough, the table is only 39 in. NOT 42 in. as stated in the product description. The table arrived dented and damaged, but the fantastic customer service assured me that another one would be sent to my home. I asked if a 42 in table could be sent, and I was assured that it would be a 42 in. table. Promptly two days later, a new table arrived in perfect condition. However, it was still a 39 in. table and not a 42 in. one. I personally preferred the larger table, but I will be happy with the 39 in. that was sent. The chairs are beautiful and well made. With beautiful cushions and a smaller umbrella, it is a perfect patio set for my smaller back yard.

I like the appearance of this set very much. Its classic, heavy weight - but I hesitate to say "substantial." The table is TINY. Although you can get 4 chairs around it, its probably better suited for 2 people. Thank goodness I also ordered the setee, chairs, bar, etc. - - otherwise, entertaining with this set would be impossible. As usual, the delivery was prompt and the merchandise was a great value. I just LOVE Overstock!

We are extremely pleased with our patio set. It is very sturdy. We purchased seat cushions for the chairs. There was a tiny bit of rust after it was in the rain - but that can be taken care of. The construction is great, it was easy to put together and after pricing similar patio sets in our area, it was a real bargain. We have encouraged our friends and family to check out this website before purchasing such items - and a close relative has also found a patio set they liked and have recently ordered it. This set is attractive. It is a little smaller than I expected. The chairs are very roomy. It took my husband very little time to assemble. He wasn't aggrevated at all. Overall I am very pleased.

Terrrible product. Not wrought iron at all, cheap metal instead. Already rusting after 2 weeks on my deck. two chairs could n ot be put together since metal on one of the arms was bent. Customer service sent two replacement arms, one worked, the other is also bent, will need to send for another one stilll. The patio set appeared to be a good bargain, but at this price was grossly over priced. Look for something else, not this set.

Love this patio set ! Solid and sturdy. Great price for product. Coloring did not fade or chip through many of PA's seasons. Would definitely recommend to others.

Very cute! Nicely made! Pretty design

I have had my set for a few years now and it is holding up well. It sits outside year round. It looks elegant beside the pool and has only had to be spray painted once to bring a shine to it. It holds its own in bad rain and or snow storms. I highly recommend this set.

This is the perfect patio furniture set. The table is big enough to seat several people - six if you buy two extra matching chairs. Holds up well.
