International Caravan Highland Trinidad Porch Rocker

I strive to use objectives descriptions in my review. No one wants to hear it's pretty or it works in there house. Here goes...Wide seat, good for bigger person. I'm 5'4" and 135lbs and it was okay for me. It was better for my dad who's 5'7" and 190lbs. Definitely not made for a petite person. You must follow the directions. You should have another person to help. I did it alone and if I had to do it again, I would enlist help. Quality is 5 star for the price. No issues with delivery, although larger items are hit or miss with the delivery company. This is a rustic looking porch rocker. The finish is a weathered type of stain, meaning that the stain is not uniform which adds character to the rocking chair.

I ordered this chair in November for my wife's b-day. The first package the sides didn't have holes drilled deep enough to get the metal nuts in for the screw. They promply sent another packet to fix that. It is now april 10th and the chair gave way after it had been pulling away a little bit from the back. Now the seat and LH side is completely broken. Not to mention that i had to use my own screws to fix the seat because the holes for the screws were too large to hold the seat and the arm together. Over all I was loving the chair but seems to be poor workmanship.

The chair was easy to assemble and included the allen wrenches needed for assembly. There were natural variations in the wood/stain making the chair look beautifully imperfect. The picture is exactly how the chair actually looked. The chair is sturdy, rocks well, and curves in the seat and back for comfort. It's nice how it is different styling from the typical rocker.

Great rockers! High quality, durable, nice finish. Recommend two people for assembly.

The weather resistant finish wasn't up to our northern winters. A light sanding and retreating with an oil finish made the rocker nice again.

I think they were a good value. Surprisingly, it only needed 2 allen wrenches to put together. Only 1 came per chair and I bought 2 so no issues. Went together very easy. Just be sure to loosely fit the screws first and make sure when tightening, you do not miss any. Seat is a good size, the back is comfortable. It is really nice to kick back on the patio and enjoy the day rocking away. I think they will last for a good while. Good buy

it's a rocking ..could use indoors or outdoors ,,THAT NICE

Bought this chair as a gift, but will be ordering one for myself. Very sturdy and the size is great. I'm 6'2", 240lbs and I fit fine. Easy to put together and looks like it should last for a long time.

This porch rocker is so sturdy, but the best of it is that it is so comfortable. We love this new addition to our front porch and we plan to purchase another one.

It's a lovely chair. Solid. But the finish is hit and miss, and the drill holes are either crooked or too deep (so bolts fall in way further than you want, making it very hard to assemble). The rocker stablizers seem to be a total after thought, included for safety, but without any drill holes at all, which, if you want to make your chair more stable (and protect rockers from potentially breaking), I recommend you put together FIRST before any chair assembly. Otherwise, drilling the holes is a pain. This feels as if it was designed by two competing carpenters, and you're left with the puzzle and frustration. Nice chair, but expect a total hassle.

These rockers are super cute... I ordered a pair for my front porch. However, one of them did not have the correct holes drilled for assembly. We had to drill our own holes, which was a bit tricky.

Good looking chair. However, it was delivered without all of the parts and assembly directions. Customer Service was great at Overstock-received the parts. Still had a problem lining up the holes.

Impressed with quality and look! Bigger and better than traditional rocker for a front porch.

These came in and were just what I wanted for our cabin porch. They did come disassembled but had good instruction. When putting them together I noticed some cracked pieces. I'll follow up with this review after I call overstock to see what they can do. Fingers crossed they send replacement parts because I really like the look. To be continued.

Bittersweet. Bought two chairs; spent about *** for a gift. One chair came up all banged up with extremely deep nicks in the wood throughout the chair. Extremely disappointed and embarrassing how do I give these as a gift!? Once the chairs were put together they were comfortable and cute. But the nicks are not fixable. Definitely not worth 8** Rather a full refund.

It is the perfect size and high quality. I purchased these rocking chairs and my neighbors are raving about how pretty the set looks. Happy with the purchase and highly recommended.

Item arrived with scratches and chips. Assembly instructions are incredibly difficult to understand and I was not able to assemble. Will be sending product back for refund.

These are of a nice size, I am 5'10" and they are comfortable, seat is nice and generous. Finish was fine on the first chair, however the second has loads of issues that I will address. Needs to be sanded. Was packed while varnish was tacky. A few splits in wood have been re-glued and bracing of seat have been over-screwed so wood is split. I can fix all of these so will not return. Buyer beware if you are looking for an heirloom quality chair, this is not it.

I ordered two of these. The first one had to go back with multiple issues. Cracks scrapes breaks etc... The other one had some issues but I opted to repair it for a reduced price. The replaced chair hasn’t arrived yet.

No complaints about these rockers at all. They are easy to put together with no glitches. They are nice and large...solid and classy looking. Color and finish is pretty.

Don’t buy this very over priced chair. It arrived in a perfect card board box, so the chair damage wasn’t from shipping. There are several places where the wood is cracked. The holes were not properly drilled to match the connecting pieces. It’s really wobbly and junk. I’d send it back but this isn’t an easy return.

Nice chairs, easy to put together. Look good with the red cushions I bought for them.

The directions were very difficult to understand. After trial and error I was able to put the rocker together. The rocker is over sized and very comfortable. Would I recommend it? Yes and No!!!!!
