After reading several reviews of other water fountains I decided to go with this style. It's definitely worth the money. Motor is reasonably quiet and the water makes a pleasant sound. It's quite tall, but pleasing to the eyes. I added small pebbles surrounding the large rock and it really improve the look! Definitely glad I went for the more expensive option. Many of the reviews were saying the cheaper fountains were poor quality. I'm very happy with this so far!
This gave our office the exact feel we were looking for. Watch out for the height of the outlet you place behind it. We ended up needing to move ours up and rewire. to have the fountain at the right level on the wall. We run it all day, everyday. Maintenance seems fairly simple so far.
The bottom bowl is not copper as described...had to exchange it for a different tabletop fountain as having the copper element was very important for me. One of my slate pieces (top piece) also came with some chipping on the top.
