Since the color was the most important consideration in my choosing this chair, I had to give it 2 stars. It's actually a dull brown. It appears to be well made and is comfortable. I didn't get what I thought I'd chosen, so that affected my perception of overall value. I decided to keep it to avoid the hassle of a return.
