The one-piece Herb Keeper includes a base to be filled with water, a holder ring for keeping herbs in place, and a cover to keep them clean and dust-free while storing them at the proper vapor pressure and humidity.
Please note that asparagus and most herbs, with the exception of basil, should be stored in the refrigerator. Basil should be stored at room temperature.
Dishwasher safe for easy cleanup. Made from durable BPA-free, food-safe plastic. Measures 9.5 x 3.8 x 3.8 inches.
