Pretty but cheaply made

This clock is sent in a box slightly bigger than the item. The front and back have NO padding protecting the hands. The original order of my clock had hands that clicked against one another while setting the time. I put it up for 24 hours and the minute hand remained stuck behind the hour hand stopping the time. I requested a new clock. The second one lasted two weeks and did the same thing. The hands of this clock are a very light tin, are too long for it's size and are way too cheap for a $300 clock.
