They forgot to drill holes for one of the legs
Putting the bed together was very easy. Normally I'm use to the screws everything being separated and labeled. I had to separate the screws by counting everything and separating them one by one myself which made it a little bit longer of a process putting the bed together.
I bought this bed because we were specifically looking for this look of bed with no need of box spring. However, it has too few slats and the mattress will mostly sink. I called the customer service and waited for their call back but never received one. Other than this, the bed is fine for the price.
The instructions on putting this together were not clear there were only diagrams no wording, which made this buy frustrating.it took over two hours for assembly. Please provide instructions with words not just diagrams.
We had to request a new set of slats less than 30 days in because the ones they came with are so weak. They new set just gave away again and now my daughter will be without a bed after i paid for a bed and was provided with horrible quality material.
The bed is flimsy it is not sturdy. I was under the impression that it was a taller than what I got. From the picture look like the headboard was taller. Very disappointed I wouldn't recommend using this as a everyday bed to sleep in
The bed frame is sturdy and is nice . However what item you have to assemble don't come with directions so it took over an hour to put together had to find videos on YouTube with the similar bed to get it together other than that the bed frame is fine
Literally a waste of money nothing like how it looks In pictures . Didn't come with all the screws
It's a great product but difficult to put together because of the parts not being labeled.
This item was exactly like it was described. It's such a great product and it was shipped fast.
