Bought these to use in my wine store as display racks. They are very sturdy and so easy to put together. I bought 8 of them and not one piece was damaged. Good quality!
Came exactly as advertised. Pieces all fit together easily and the rack can be painted or stained to fit whatever decor you like. We chose to leave it natural. Holds 750 bottles only. The rack is not designed to fit 1.5 liter bottles but it does handle different shapes pretty well. Very good value for the money.
The rack is easy to assemble and is a great product for the price. The wood is a neutral color and could be painted or stained to match your decor. I am ordering an additional rack to store the remainder of our wine. Very functional and a great choice to store your wine anywhere.
We have started to accumulate more Wine bottles than we had room for and have now added four of these HomCom wine racks to our basement. Not only were they super easy to assemble, but they are sturdy and help us to keep our wine collection organized and neat looking. Love these storage racks!
Very easy to assemble. Good distance between racks--can see the wine labels. Nicely finished. Wood is good quality.
This rack is great for holding large quantities of wine bottles. I joined a wine club and needed a storage solution so I could see the bottles. This is fine in my unfinished basement.
This was PERFECT for my storage needs. It is very sturdy. Easy to assemble - although I did use wood glue to secure the joints (optional choice). I home brew and rack 30 bottles of wine at a time, so a secure storage rack was more important to me than a unique display rack. Already placing my second order for the rack.
This wine rack is perfect for us. It comes well packaged. The shelves are sturdy and support multiple bottles of wine. We have the 2 ends of ours on top of milk crates to make it a bit taller so we don’t have to bend down so low to look at the bottles on bottom shelf. The wood is solid and is of good construction.
I bought similar shelves from Kitchen'sEtc. decades ago that were made in Australia with slightly better quality wood. These are great, and cheap for storing wine by the bottle. One could add stain and make them really nice. They do not quite fit the same style I had from Kitchen, Etc./Australia.
Nice rack and very well made.
This was the perfect unit to store our home-made wine in the basement. It's easy to assemble and holds the bottles at a slight angle - just like they should be. We thought about staining it but since it's in the basement, we just left it natural. Does the job!
The racks are just what we needed to organize our wine room. They can be painted or stained, but for now we are keeping them natural. May buy another set.
Was using a basement cedar closet with existing 2x4 and 1" plywood shelving for a wine storage area. Had turned the cardboard case boxes on their sides and simply marked them for content. Now after 3 years in the house, I finally tackled the wine cellar issue head-on with what I figured would work with the existing shelving. Because the dimensions of what I had were not quite the right length nor had the shelf height spacing I would have liked, it was important to find a system with some design strength and flexibilty if custom fitting was required. This system works beautifully in my situation with only one side connector needed with my existing shelving structures. By using two rows with my contained spacing, there is room on the upper rows for stacking excess. Very happy with this product and got it at sale price and with an extra 15% off to boot. Everyone says it looks just right. This Cedar closet was built years ago and is the coolest place in the house up against the front house foundation, a natural wine cellar indeed!
Love this wine rack and so does my daughter and son-in-law for whom it was given for Christmas. They had been looking forever for a wine rack but couldn’t decide on one. I decided for them by purchasing this rack. They are thrilled with it and believe me they would have no trouble expressing otherwise as they are so particular about what goes in their home. It’s the first thing I’ve bought them that has gotten praise over and over. It is beautiful, holds more wine than most other racks and is built so each bottle is cradled in its own niche and the best part was the price was excellent and it was shipped in a timely fashion. Love Overstock!
This wood wine rack is solid and looks great. Assembly could not have been easier. I would purchase this item again. I like the option of making the tall rack into two side by side racks if you wanted to do that. The wood can be stained if you wanted it to be a little darker.
Overstock hit one out of the park for wine conisouiers with this one. This sturdy pine wine rack was very easy to assemble and a great value! The rack accommodates 72 bottles of wine What's more is it's design allows you to add on increasing storage capacity
I bought two of these to stack them. You need to know that they are like Legos that you stack. There is no hardware to hold it together. I purchase some pine strips and nailed then to the side. You could use wood glue to hold it all together as well. The rack is pretty light ,so I'm going to anchor it to the studs in my basement. Two of the pieces were damaged. I did reach out to Overstock and they were going to work with the supplier. I just decided to use wood glue to glue the broken pieces back on. I put the parts that were glued on the top of the rack, so they didn't have to support anything. Overstock gave me a little credit instead of working through to the supplier. A third piece had been previously broken before they shipped it to me. Someone had just cut out a cube and glued it to the end. The repaired piece was too thick and the corresponding stacking piece didn't fit over it. I had to use my Dremel to shave it a little thinner. Since this wine rack is going to be in the basement, I was not concerned that it be beautiful. It works for me; however be with forewarned that the quality is just OK and you may have to tweak it a bit.
This is the best purchase for the price for storing wine. Easy to put together and holds 72 bottles. I am going to purchase another one since I have the storage space in the basement.
I got this expecting very little, but the wine rack turned out just what I needed, i love the natural oak finish as all my shelves are the same color. It was a perfect additions to my wine bar.
Very simple, but functional wine rack for a decent price. Easy to assemble and holds bottles securely.
