First of all, outdoor furniture doesn't seem to last that long. I tend to want to get something new every two or three years. When we started looking for an outdoor dining table, we needed a relatively small table and chairs to fit into our side courtyard area. This was the correct size we needed, yet the chairs are very substantial with very nice arms. We added some great tan cushions and this became a terrific outdoor dining space for a relatively small area. Six people can fit very comfortably at this table. The finish is kind of orangey, which I don't really like. If the color was a little more gray or toned down this would look a lot better. However for the price it's hard to beat this set!

This table and chair set look wonderful under our pergola. Easy to assemble. Higher end look for a fraction of the price. The chairs arrived first 2 to a box. One day later the table arrived. Unfortunately one of the pieces of wood was split on the table top. However, after a very short call to overstock explaining how the table arrived a replacement top was shipped the next day and I received it even faster than the original order. Extremely happy with this purchase and with the service I received from overstock.com.

I really wanted to love this set as it's really nice looking - however - the set began splintering within three weeks of purchase. We contacted Overstock to let them know of the defect, and they were able to process these as a return.

Very inexpensive outdoor dining set for 6. Takes a couple of hours to assemble the chairs & table. Other than a beat down putting it together, it turned out fine. Has a nice natural wood look. Price was too good to pass up.

Stylish and affordable
We did not want to spend a lot, but wanted something solid wood that would look good. This set does all of that! The chairs are comfortable, especially with a chair pad. The set looks exactly like it is pictured. We are completely happy with our purchase!

I put this together over two days by myself. Now I could have done it all in one day maybe taking about 3hrs if I was able to work without distractions! I however am a stay at home mom w two kids 5 and 3 and it was summer break so I had my hands full. But I kinda love putting together furniture like this and didn't have any problems with it. It did have a few parts in the wood that were chipped but it was nothing worth sending back or even calling and complaining about, for as it's not noticeable and doesn't affect the integrity of the set. I will say it is super durable and very solid! Love It! Have gotten lots of compliments on it.

Very easy to assemble and good look for the price, but some chairs arrived damaged. I think I'd have appreciated the look a lot more if I hadn't also bought another set. Do note that this really does have a hand scraped look and isn't perfectly smooth.

Arrived with chopped off pieces of wood and cracks. Its "sold out" so they "cant replace". I put it together because we ordered for a party and needed to use it asap. Would not recommend purchasing from this site, as they didnt offer many options to help. DONT ORDER.

I love the way the dining set looks, but upon delivery one box with chairs was damaged, chairs scratched, and hardware missing. Putting it together is a bear! Screws with Alan Wrench heads kept stripping due to the hardness of the wood in the seat and back portions, had to drill pilot holes in the existing ones to get the screws into the wood. After replacing about 16 screws, finally the dining set is together.

Even though we really liked it, we ended up having to return it. it was a little bit too small for what we wanted. It would be perfect for the smaller yard or patio area. Good quality!

It is very attractive but splintered and made poorly. I am not able to get some of the screws in because they didn’t line the holes up properly or didn’t make the hold deep enough. Very frustrating. Will need to return some of the chairs

I was concerned with this as well. I really like the set so I purchased a cover for it. The cover protects the table and chairs. We have had an extremely rainy spring and the cover worked perfectly. Best solution for me.

Ours is also on an uncovered patio. We have an umbrella and shade trees, but put a couple of coats of Thompson water seal on ours for good measure.
