I like that this ships already assembled....you just have to unfold and insert the pin. You *will* need a rubber mallet or something else to tap it in. The chairs are really solid and heavy - in a sturdy and very good way. They sit a little lower to the ground than my older Adirondack wooden chairs, but I definitely like these better, and the fact that they are made from recycled materials. They are worth the money.

Nice chair but photo looks true red, and the chair is bright orange. Comfortable and sturdy. And I like that it was assembled and can fold. Would really love the chair if it wasn't orange. It clashes with the color scheme and I just don't feel like returning it.

We ordered these in black and they stay outdoors year round. They're awesome. They look brand new and are really comfortable (not all adirondack chairs have the right angles). I'd buy these again.
