The package arrived ahead of schedule and undamaged. I recommend using a allen wrench drill bit instead of the allen wrench provided - hand tightening would take all day. Just be careful not to over tighten.

This patio table set is wonderful! The color is beautiful and it's extremely sturdy. It did take quite some time to put together and we treated it with oil to make sure the finish lasts, but it is a great price for such a nice dining set. I really like the extension option to make the table longer and its super easy to use it. Having a hole in the middle to be able to put an umbrella is a great addition as well.

The way the table itself is designed, the chairs on the sides can’t slide fully under the table, which is a bit of a space issue on my tiny patio, but who cares. I love this set. So many compliments!

I love the teak look of this dining set however was a little disappointed as cracks began to appear in the wood table not long after we purchased this. Thinking teak would have been a better way to go. Nonetheless, I still gave it 4 stars as it looks very nice and suits its purpose and get compliments on this set.

Do you really want to put together something this big with a simple allen wrench? The wood is not soft. You need some muscle and a pair of gloves on to turn the screws. Unfortunately, the metal screws are poor quality, so it's easy to strip the hex hole, especially if you are smart enough to use a power screw driver instead of the ancient allen wrench provided. Once you strip out the hex hole on these screws, you are truly screwed. It's easy to mix up the direction of the pieces and if you have to unscrew some parts that had stripped hex screws, you are going to be cursing this company. I don't understand why hex screws have become the standard in the AIY furniture business, but it's much harder to strip out even a poor quality phillips screw head. If you are buying cushions for these chairs, note that the max cushion size would be 20 x 20. Also not more than 2-2.5 inches thick or you will be sitting on the arms.

This rating is based on the customer service regarding an issue rather than the item. So far the table and chairs seem to be fine but unfortunately one of the chairs was damaged and rather than making this an easy fix, I have been getting nothing but back and forth calls and emails regarding our options. It seems that no one wants to be bothered with finding a convenient solution to a problem that was not our fault to begin with. I would have really appreciated their service reps find a quick and easy solution to this. We have been waiting 2 weeks now and the replacement has not even been sent since they have been back and forth with the "warehouse" as to how to how to go about this. The best solution they can offer is to send us 2 more chairs (they come in pairs), I need to take the part out of the box that I need to replace my damaged part and then box it all back up and send it back. Or they did offer to refund the item in questions but that would mean I have to take apart the chair we put together and send them back. This has all been a huge inconvenience and has left us very unhappy and not likely to do any further business with Overstock. I am fairly certain this company could have gone one step further to make sure we received our replacement part that was damaged rather than us having to go through all these hoops!

First, one side of a seat back was cut too long and the screws would not line up, therefore we had to saw off the excess length. Second, a quarter sized screw hole to connect the legs was missing. And third, several smaller screw hole indentations directing you to where you needed to connect the pieces were missing. Here's a helpful hint...to save your thumb, saw off the end of the Allen wrench and stick it into your electric screwdriver. I learned that on day 3 of 4 days of assembling. Other than those issues, the wood is beautiful, the set is sturdy, and we're getting tons of compliments.

Wow, now that spring is here can't wait for to enjoy my beautiful Hydaburg dinning set. The table and chairs are beautiful, sturdy , very comfortable and easy to assemble. I really like the unique chevron pattern. The delivery turn around time was so quick. Looking forward to many gatherings of family and friends.

the table arrived damaged, i could not get a replacement, the shipping company left it at the bottom of a handicap ramp not allowing anyone to use it. at best a mess
