Pros: Absolutely love this set! Came with tools to put together, however we used a socket and it helped speed up the process. Table and chairs are sturdy and well made. I can tell that this will last a long time. The lazy Susan is such a plus!!!! Con: The turnaround time took about 6 weeks. I felt like it took forever. I finally got a call from the third party contracted delivery company through overstock. It was a crap show. I took off of work several days to be around for their so called arrival window for them never to arrive and not even give a phone call. Their customer service rep was extremely rude and hung up on me. I called overstock directly to make a complaint and overstock apologized but said the only thing they could do was give 10% off the product I had purchased and said it would be credited to my account. I've checked several times and the credit never happened. This has been a crazy roller coaster.
