Great fire pit. It is on our patio and we use it a lot.

  • Doesn't work - broken thermo coupling
    Verified Purchase

This fire pit is expensive for how it's made, and we have been unable to use it due to a part that was broken when we received it. The manufacturer won't send us the part, distributor won't stand behind it, etc, etc. So we are stuck with it. Probably my last Overstock purchase because of the really poor customer service all around. As far as looks, it's ok, basically a tin box with some tiles on top (that will not lay flat, not matter what we do to do), and the tin basin with the burner in the middle. Definitely not worth the money!

  • How do I get a lid for the fire pit. Not the cover
    Verified Purchase

You did include the cover for the unit. How do I get a lid for the pit itself. Please help we need one when it rains. You did send the fabric cover but what we need is the lid for the pit itself. Thank you for your help and advise. If it was included we did not receive it. Please advise. ******

  • Product as advertised, no surprises.

If I could have 1/2 ratings, they would all have been 3 1/2. The table comes boxed in a single unit. It's pretty heavy and wide so plan for 2 people to muscle it around. An extra person is in order for assembly. Take the time to understand the instructions and which panels are which. Our box was beat up a bit but nothing was damaged inside. To maybe 1.5 hours to assemble. The table fired first time and withstands gusty wind. It puts out some heat but the main purpose is as a focal point and a table for drinks, which it serves well.

  • Outdoor fire pit
    Verified Purchase

We received this and have not really used it because it is December and not time to be sitting outside. But we like it very well,,have lit it up and feel that it will be a wonderful place to have drinks and nice conversations. It is very nice looking though we are going to change the rocks provided for colored glass stones.

  • Do not try to use on a windy day!
    Verified Purchase

The fire pit works fine if there is less than a 5 mph wind. If there is a breeze of more than that the fire keeps blowing out. Not what I had hoped for.

  • Stylish. Okay build quality. Horrible packaging.
    Verified Purchase

This fire pit is the perfect size and design for a casual seating set. We've used it about a half dozen times over the past few months with no issues so far. Although there isn't much difference between them, there are 3 flame settings (low, med and high). The push button start is very convenient. There is plenty of room to set drinks and plates without worrying about the flames damaging them. Build quality is on par with a Chinese product at this price range. The tiles look great and seem durable. It comes with a decent cover which is works well. The instructions were pathetic, but if you've put things together before you can figure it out. One of the brackets used to hold the door for accessing the propane tank was not the right design to attach to the door. Ultimately I had to use some hardware of my own and MacGyver it together. My only real complaint was the packaging / shipping. It's the first time I've ever had the delivery man apologize profusely for the shape a package was in and make a point to say he would specify "heavy damage" in his notes. While the damage may have been the carrier's fault, the packaging did not help matters. The bags holding both the lava rocks and what appeared to be balls of silica had been torn by coming loose from their ties and catching on various bits of the fire pit. The result was rocks rolling around inside the box denting and scratching the frame pieces. Not to mention around 1/4 of the rocks being lost through one of the many holes in the outer box. The heat shield got a big dent in it, but it's very thin so I bent it back into shape. Luckily the tiles were fine. None of the damage was enough to deal with the pain of packaging it back up and trying to return it, but I wouldn't be surprised if others aren't so lucky.
