I had trouble with the shipping company not bringing it in and setting it up which I had prepaid for that service. It was very hard to unpackage while my two year old was trying to help me. One of the shelving metal tabs broke off in the shipping process. My husband fixed it with parts we had on hand. It's very nice and looks great in our living room. Overstock reimbursed our money for the shipping. They were very helpful!!
