  • Missing Legs
    Verified Purchase

Once again can only give this product 3 stars because it came with missing legs. But, the couch itself is comfortable. It is being used in the waiting rooms of our Spa. It appears a little smaller than I thought it would be. As long as the correct legs come in, I will probably move this to 4 stars.

  • Missing Parts -- So Disappointed
    Verified Purchase

Unbelievably disappointed in Overstock. BOTH of these sofas came with missing parts. I would have been less surprised if maybe one had something missing, but BOTH sofas arrived with only one single set of legs in the box. We searched and researched the boxes 4-times over to make sure we hadn't just missed them, but low & behold there was only one pair of legs per unit. We have YET to hear anything back from Overstock on this issue, and are hoping that we don't have to go through the hassle of returning both entire sofas just because they are sloppy with keeping track of the parts. Made in China. Buyer beware - best to take the risk if you're a handyman type and can just create a pair of missing legs on the lathe, or can scrounge up missing nuts and bolts - unfortunately we're not that handy. Am still waiting patiently for word back from Overstock.

  • There's a reason it's so cheap
    Verified Purchase

The renu leather feels soft, but a little bit like vinyl. This couch is really light weight. The seat cushion feels cheap and hard. The legs are a little too high. I'm not very tall at 5'5" and my feet don't touch the ground when I sit down. The legs feel a little wobbly too. The seat is too deep so you have to use a pillow behind you to feel comfortable. The couch arrives in 2 pieces. The back slides down into a slot on the base. (Just something I wasn't aware of) This might be okay for a college dorm room, but I bought it for an office and it looks so cheap that I have to return it. Overall, I'm not pleased with this purchase. It gets 2 stars, because I should have known that an inexpensive leather couch was too good to be true.
