These are super cute and actually very sturdy. Have had them for a year now and they look the same and are used occasionally. I ordered 2 and the colors were way different because of the material they are constructed with but Overstock sent a replacement for the lighter one and all was good.

  • I didn't expect much.

I love Overstock, and don't mind taking a chance on something I've never touched or seen in person. I didn't expect much at this price an am pretty easy to please. These came exactly as pictured (I ordered natural), are are visually very pleasing, but the wood is almost like unfinished balsa wood. I've gotten free pairs of sturdier chopsticks. No joke. I will keep them as plant stands, but would NEVER ask a guest to take a chance sitting on them. Probably still a good value at this price.

creaks when you sit..maybe it's new not too sturdy the legs of the stool not strong enough...it might not last.

I use this stool at my entry way to put on shoes. My boyfriend broke a storage cube I had been using and this is just the right size, and love the weave. Its well built and can hold a lot of weight. Great piece of functional world art.
