The only element of Carbon footprint is the transportation from the Artisan to you. Kisii tribesmen bring stone to the surface by hand from quarries that can be over 100 ft deep. The tribesmen cuts the stone to size, then shapes and defines it using only basic hand tools. Due to the handcrafted nature, no two are exactly alike.
The handcrafted touch of artisan skill creates variations in color, size and design. If buying two of the same item, slight differences should be expected. Note: Color discrepancies may occur between this product and your computer screen.
