The brilliant red blossoms of the plum tree have been a richly symbolic subject of Chinese art and poetry for over a thousand years. Master artisans working in this tradition have painted and gilded these screens by hand, and no two are exactly alike. Each comes mounted on four panels, bordered with silk brocade, and set in a lacquered wooden frame. Ornamental hangers are included for wall mounting, but this painting can also be folded and placed on a table or floor to create an artful privacy screen.

• Large Scale - Impressively sized at 3ft x 6ft, this silk screen commands attention with its substantial dimensions, making it an eye-catching focal point in any room or setting.
• Hand Painted - Painted by a studio artist using traditional Chinese techniques. By supporting traditional artisans in a changing world you help keep their crafts alive and available. These vanishing arts are precious and make a beautiful gift for a birthday, anniversary, housewarming, or holiday.
• Authentic Materials - Four side-by-side lacquered wooden frames are meticulously covered in Oriental paper and a silk brocade and delicately gilded with a layer of shimmering gold leaf.
• Wall Mount Hardware - Comes with lacquered brass geometric hangers for optional wall mounting. The hangers are completel flat and can be easily attached to the back of the frames for an elegant, seamless display.
• Foldable Design - Alternately, the screen can be folded for floor mounting, allowing you to strand it upright on a table or floor instead of mounting on a wall. Best of all, when not in use it folds up completely for convenient storage and organization.
